I’m not middle aged, can you still train me?
We have a wealth of experience working with people across a broad range of ages and abilities, if you want to improve yourself and are willing to try then it would be our pleasure to work with you.
What should I wear for training?
For your consultation it’s important that you wear training clothes which allow us to see the movement of your major joints (hips, knees, ankles, shoulder and elbows), this means no excessively baggy clothing. T-shirt or Vest on top, Leggings, Fitted training trousers or shorts on the bottom is perfect. Please also wear the shoes that you normally train in.
Similar clothing works best for training sessions but if you would be more comfortable in something different just ask your coach during your consultation.
Will you train me at my house?
Generally ‘No’, but this can be negotiated on a case by case basis depending on how far away you are located from the studio and your particular circumstances. Please be aware that there will be an additional fee for home training.
How long are your training sessions?
Unless otherwise stated sessions are generally an hour each, though sometimes this can run over a little, if this occurs you will not be charged more.
You seem to favour weight training, I don’t want to get big and bulky.
Don’t worry, there are many ways to utilise weight training to improve overall strength and aid fat loss without adding undesired muscle mass. Being strong and being big aren’t necessarily the same thing. If however you want to add muscle size, we can adapt your training to achieve this.
I’m still not sure, can I ask you some questions?
Of course, head over to our Facebook page and send us a message
